Armour started oil production on 17 August, and the field is currently producing at a steady rate of 42 barrels per day,” Armour told the ASX.

The company, which is focusing on the exploration of the McArthur, South Nicholson and Georgina Basins in the Northern Territory and Queensland, and in the onshore Gippsland basin in Victoria, said operating cost per barrel of oil, including transportation cost to the refinery, was $21.50 per barrel.
