Kin said that the 2,000 metre RC program is designed to follow up on a series of significant drill intersections encountered during May 2016.

According to the company, depth extensions of the T1 and T2 lodes between 100m and 150m have been selected and targeted during this drilling program.

Managing Director Trevor Dixon said that the rig has been mobilised and the program is expected to continue until the end of June 2016.

Adertisement

“The Mertondale geological model correlates very well with the drill intercepts received to date and interpretation suggests that the two plunging lodes are continuous at depth,” Mr Dixon said.

“It is pleasing to have a rig back on site after completing a successful capital raising of $1.68 million.”
