It comes after the company increased its ownership in the project to 100% via an agreement with JV partner Contained Gold for a total consideration of $1.1million.

Director Richie Yang said the move will allow the company to progress the development of the project and build value for shareholders.

“The Board wishes to acknowledge the work of Contained Gild and its team, who have agreed to assist with an orderly transfer of project information and data,” Mr Yang added.
