Global Lithium Resources Limited reported that the Mining Lease application for the Manna Lithium Project had been submitted.

According to Global Lithium, the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS) has officially acknowledged the Mining Lease application MLA 28/414. The Manna Mineralisation Report and Supporting Document Statement, created by Global Lithium’s own project development team and approved by CSA Global, served as the foundation for the Mining Lease application.

The Mining Lease (under application) encompasses the Manna Lithium Project and includes the current Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) of 32.7 million tonnes @ 1.0% Li2O as well as additional highly prospective lithium mineralisation areas adjacent to the existing MRE.

“The successful submission of the Mining Lease application is another important step in the pathway to progress the Manna Lithium Project into production. We look forward to providing regular updates as well as sharing the results of the various technical de-risking work streams and metallurgical test work, both of which are currently underway,” Global Lithium Project Director Tony Chamberlain said.
