According to the official website of Nuffield Australia, the process for being awarded a 2015 Scholarship will be comprised of an orderly application and interview process, with applicants being required to submit their applications no later than 30 June 2014, while the interview process will be conducted in July and August 2014.

All Australian farmers between 28–40 years of age, who are residents of Australia and intend on continuing production in the country, engaged in farming or fishing as owners or managers or active members of a farming business, are eligible to apply.

Selected Scholars will have a unique opportunity to meet Nuffield Scholars from Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, The Netherlands and France, as well as participants from other invited countries at the annual Nuffield Contemporary Scholars Conference (CSC).

The Scholarships are set to be awarded in September 2014. The Scholarship travel is set to commence in March 2015, when all Scholars from around the world will converge in France for one week for the CSC.
