Construction on the Wet Concentrate Plant and Concentrate Upgrade Plant is progressing on schedule, with spiral, wet high-intensity magnet separators (WHIMS), and pipeline installation, as well as electrical and mechanical components, well advanced. The tailings storage facility and associated stormwater storage pond are expected to be finished this quarter.

The Dry Mining Unit (DMU) is being manufactured by mining contractor Piacentini & Son ahead of the anticipated assembly and shipment to the Thunderbird Mineral Sands Project.
During May 2023, the Company welcomed a group of investors, brokers, and mining experts at Thunderbird Mineral Sands Project, giving those in attendance the chance to witness current construction activity.
