Specialist mining services provider Aquirian Limited has completed the acquisition of Cybem Mechanical Services.
Aquirian Managing Director and CEO, Mr David Kelly said the move will deliver immediate benefits across the business divisions, as well as long term value for shareholders.
“The completion of this exciting acquisition represents a significant step in realising Aquirian’s strategy of becoming a leading provider of equipment and associated services, while maximising shareholder value,” Mr Kelly said.

As of today, the acquired business will be trading under the name of Cybem Services Pty Ltd, a 100% owned subsidiary of Aquirian.
