Arizona Lithium Limited has announced the arrival of a third-party Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) pilot plant at its Saskatchewan facility, with commissioning underway and brine processing set to commence to produce lithium concentrate.

The lithium concentrate will be sent to Arizona Lithium’s Lithium Research Center (LRC), where the company plans to produce higher quantities of high-purity lithium using DLE technology.

The company is currently developing its DLE technology at the LRC, with ongoing testing for its proprietary DLE technology.

The third and final phase of evaluating a promising third-party supplied DLE technology will be completed through pilot plant testing of Prairie brine material.
