Metals X, Australia’s largest tin producer, announced that its current CEO Michael Spreadborough would step down from the role, effective today.
Metals X Executive Director Brett Smith said the role would not be replaced at this time, given the company’s change in the strategic direction following the divestment of its copper and nickel assets.
“On behalf of the Board I would like to sincerely thank Mr Spreadborough for his contribution to Metals X and its turnaround,” Mr Smith added.
“We wish Michael every success in his future endeavours.”
