Micromine, a next-generation technology company for mining, today launched its brand new product, Micromine Nexus. Micromine Nexus is a web-based platform that offers a central, secure and streamlined data storage solution for mining projects.
The in-house developed product allows teams to share, track and collaborate on mining projects on a user-friendly web-based platform. The platform improves user workflows, while providing data management and security across the entire ecosystem, making mining projects more accessible, controllable and collaborative.

From today, Micromine Origin and Micromine Beyond annual subscription users are entitled to a complimentary Micromine Nexus public cloud account. The product is also commercially available across a range of scalable public cloud, private cloud and existing on-premises network deployment.

Thanks to the product’s open platform, virtually any file type can be stored, shared, and audit-tracked in one central location.

A mining-specific solution for Micromine users
Micromine Nexus was specifically designed for exploration and mining clients after close consultation with Micromine’s existing customers. It delivers against key needs that are specific to the mining sector.

At the time of launch, Micromine Nexus will provide direct in-product integration with Micromine Origin and Micromine Beyond, but the solution is only the first step in Micromine’s platform strategy to provide clients with unified data management and sharing across the exploration and mining lifecycle. Further integration across Micromine’s product suite is planned for future platform updates.
