Deep Yellow Limited has named Tim Lindley, most recently a non-executive director at Onsite Rentals Group, to a similar role.
According to Deep Yellow, Lindley’s appointment will strengthen the company’s board as it continues to establish a globally diversified uranium platform with 10+Mlb production annually.
Deep Yellow said Lindley is an experienced investment banker who brings over two decades of experience in project finance, equity capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions, to his new role.
Earlier in his career, Lindley has held several senior and executive roles in both Australia and abroad, including as country head of Barclays Bank and as a managing director at Morgan Stanley.
He also served as the chairperson of the audit and risk committee for Onsite Rentals and Little Wings.
Deep Yellow Chairperson Chris Salisbury said he is looking forward to working with Lindley as the company continues to grow into a globally diverse, tier-one uranium company.
“Tim brings an excellent skill set and a wealth of experience that further strengthens the board as we continue to grow the company,” Salisbury added.
